Tuesday
So it looks like Tuesday is the day... Surgery is scheduled for 8am so the babies should be here by 8:30! It's very surreal that I only have to be pregnant for 3 more full days after today and then after Tuesday I'll have two more kids to take care of! Unimaginable, but so completely cool!! Watch for photos, I'll try to post some right on Tuesday. I'm bringing my laptop to the hospital so I can keep everyone posted!

Grocery Shopping Crazy
So I have needed something to motivate me to get the grocery shopping done lately; it has been so hard to move around I've just been avoiding it altogether. But last week I went to one of those "Coupon Classes" and wow! I am motivated now!! Not only am I having a blast shopping, I am saving sooooo much money. I'm addicting to trying to beat my last weeks receipt.
So here are my stats: last week I spent around $100 at the grocery store and saved around $60. This week I spent around $80 and Saved around $100!! It's so fun, and once you learn how it is really easy.
Here's the blog for the gal who taught the class I went to: www.sheshopssmart.blogspot.com
If you are interested in having her host a class, it's totally free and lasts about an hour and a half.
Also from her blog there is a link to "Grocery Smarts" which is the site that helps you make your grocery lists. If you want way more detailed info about how to get started saving tons of money on groceries, email me erinmehler@gmail.com and I'll forward you an email I sent one of my friends.
Since I always have to have a picture on my posts, here's a picture of my little coupon/Sunday ad organizer that I put together. It makes this saving money thing so easy!

Bike Ride
On Saturday Mark decided to take Maddi and Wyatt on a bike ride to his sister Hollie's house. She lives about 3 miles away, and they took the back roads. Wyatt didn't make it the whole way, but Maddi did. I thought Wyatt did a pretty good job for a kid who's only been riding on two wheels for a couple weeks. I did follow along in my car so I could pick him up if he needed it. I'm pretty sure I also prevented him from being hit by car (we backed up traffic for a good 3-4 minutes while I stopped him and helped him cross the street). It was fun and good exercise for sure!!

On another note: Yesterday was a super busy day. We went from one thing to the next all day. I am totally and completely wiped out this morning. My house needs to be cleaned up desperately but I honestly cannot even make my body move to do it. Wyatt pee'd the bed so I need to change all his bedding, and my kid's bathroom stinks like pee, so he probably missed the toilet and I need to mop the floor, but I'll be lucky if even I get those two things accomplished today. Right now I just need to focus on blow drying my hair and at least getting some mascara on. Those are major accomplishments on their own (yeah, they didn't happen yesterday!)

Baby Names
So it's hard enough to name one baby, right? Mark and I pretty much decided we'd each pick a name for these girls, but each had the right to Veto names we can't stand. Well I like Kailey June for my name (thanks for your votes on the spelling so far) and Mark has like Saige, but hasn't had a middle name so far. Now he has one and I don't think I can stand it, but I also don't think he cares. He doesn't seem to be backing down. The middle name is "BERKLEY"... Saige Berkley Mehler.

Cute Patriotic Warmer
Just had to share the warmer of the month for June, Isn't is so cute! It is 10% off (so $27 instead of $30) and I KNOW it will sell out. So cute for the summer or for patriotic themed rooms. (Just a hint, I use warmers as night lights in my kids' rooms, but I don't ever put wax in them.) The Scent of the month is Coconut Palm and it is delicious!! One of my favorites for sure. It's also 10% off, so $4.50 for a bar instead of $5. I also just got lots of replacement light bulbs for the Plug In's if you need one, and ordered a bunch more summer scented car candles. They retail for $3, but I sell them for $2.

Let's just open the door for even more possible injuries.
So Wyatt is a pretty active kid. He jumps down flights of stairs, off couches etc. climbs way higher than he should. Let's just say I'm surprised we haven't made a trip to the ER yet.
The other night I decided to take his training wheels off just to see how he would do. To my surprise, he picked it right up and wouldn't even let me hold the bike at all while he learned. By the next day he was flying down our street on two wheels and it's been his favorite activity every day since.
I added some pictures of Maddi on here too- she recently upgraded from a 12 inch to a 16 inch bike and is equally as daring. I guess I was the same way as a kid and you just have to teach them how to be safe and to wear their helmets. (Maddi usually does, she just hopped on her bike for the photo op.)

Notice the Spiderman slippers. His favorite shoes.

Indoor Swimming Party
Maddison's 6th birthday party didn't go exactly as planned. I don't know if you can tell very well, but the skies were a dark gray when our swimming party was beginning.

The girls all still had fun. I threw a blanket down on the floor in the family room and they ate pizza and cake there. It was still warm enough they could play outside, but scattered showers and wind pretty much moved us indoors.

Maddi's Cake Turned out cute, wish I could take the credit but this one goes to Walmart.

All in all everyone still had a great time, I still haven't finished cleaning up the party mess in my house. That's reserved for tomorrow morning. Once upon a time it would have all been cleaned up within an hour after. Ahhh the memories of the former me before pregnancy. I doubt I'll ever be able to go back to my old ways, I think 4 kids will pretty much prevent that. But oh well, I'd rather have my children than a clean house!!
